MentorConnect stores the profile details you provide (contact information, biography, goals) along with mentorship request activity so mentors and admins can coordinate support.
How Data Is Used
Data is used solely to match mentors and mentees, schedule sessions, and keep admins informed about program health. We never sell participant data.
Security
Accounts are protected with Firebase Authentication and Firestore security rules that restrict access to authorized users. Admin tooling actions are logged for auditing.
Your Choices
You may request an export or deletion of your account by emailing support@mentorconnect.com. Deleting an account removes mentorship history that references you.
