As a Church, we are committed to the flourishing of all our members. We believe every individual and business carries a unique calling and capacity to advance the Kingdom. The ALTAR represents those who have chosen to partner with the Church in a deeper covenant—financially and spiritually—to steward that calling with maturity and accountability.

To support this partnership, we have established the ALTAR Mentorship Collective: a focused one-on-one mentorship initiative created for ALTAR partners. Drawing from the wisdom and frameworks of WOC and KI, the Collective provides personal guidance across business, finance, leadership, innovation, and pastoral support—so vision becomes steps, and steps become progress.

Alongside this, the wider Church continues to access teaching, pastoral care, and open mentorship pathways such as WOC and KI. Our aim is one body growing together. The ALTAR is a focused partnership within that shared journey, ensuring those who help build are also well supported as they serve.

MentorConnect is the platform that operationalizes this vision. ALTAR partners receive personal 1:1 access to mentors and priority session booking. Non-ALTAR members can still learn and engage through open sessions and content—and can choose to join the ALTAR when ready. Our heart remains for every member to grow, thrive, and find their place of purpose: at the ALTAR, those who build are also built, so together we advance the Kingdom with strength, unity, and excellence.
